きらきら輝くレジンキーホルダー作り Sparkling Handmade Resin Keychains

つばめの里の皆さんで「手作りレジンキーホルダー作り」を楽しみました。キラキラと輝く金箔や小さな石、グリッター、ビーズなどを使って、それぞれの個性が光る素敵な作品がたくさん生まれました。
Today, everyone at Tsubame no Sato enjoyed making handmade resin keychains. Using gold flakes, small stones, glitter, beads, and other decorations, many unique and beautiful creations were born.

まずは作り方の説明から始めました。透明なレジン液を型に少し流し込み、好きな飾りを配置します。その上からさらにレジンを重ね、気泡を取り除きます。そして専用のライトでしっかり固めると、つややかで丈夫なキーホルダーの土台が完成します。最後に金具を取り付けて仕上げます。
We started with a step-by-step explanation. First, a small amount of clear resin is poured into a mold, and decorations are placed as desired. More resin is added on top, and any air bubbles are removed. Then, it is hardened under a special light to create a glossy and sturdy base. Finally, a keychain attachment is added to complete the piece.

説明のあとは、いよいよ制作の時間です。皆さん、それぞれ好きな形のモールドを選びました。ハートや星、丸い形など、どれも魅力的で「どれにしようかな？」と楽しそうに悩む姿が見られました。
After the explanation, it was time to create. Everyone chose their favorite mold shapes—hearts, stars, circles, and more. It was lovely to see them happily wondering, “Which one should I pick?”

色選びもとても個性的でした。自分の好きな色を選ぶ方もいれば、いくつかの色を混ぜてオリジナルカラーを作る方もいました。「この色とこの色を合わせたらきれいね」と、会話も自然と弾みます。
The color choices were just as unique. Some participants chose their favorite colors, while others mixed different colors to create something original. Conversations flowed naturally, with comments like, “These colors look beautiful together.”

制作中には、こんな素敵な声も聞こえてきました。「これ、今度孫が来たときにプレゼントするの」。その言葉に、周りの方々も笑顔になり、あたたかい気持ちが広がりました。
During the activity, we heard a heartwarming comment: “I’ll give this to my granddaughter when she visits next time.” This brought smiles to everyone around and filled the room with warmth.

こうした手作りの活動は、楽しさだけでなく、指先を使うことで脳への刺激にもつながります。考えながら作業を進めることで、認知機能の維持や認知症の進行をゆるやかにする効果も期待されています。
These kinds of hands-on activities are not only fun but also stimulate the brain through the use of fine motor skills. Thinking through each step can help maintain cognitive function and may contribute to slowing the progression of dementia.

完成したキーホルダーは、どれも世界にひとつだけの宝物です。「楽しかった！」「またやりたいね」という声がたくさん聞かれ、笑顔あふれる時間となりました。
Each finished keychain became a one-of-a-kind treasure. We heard many comments like, “That was fun!” and “Let’s do it again,” making it a truly joyful and smile-filled experience.
