つばめの里グループホームでは、みんなが楽しみにしていたジェルネイルアートデーを開催しました！たくさんの色やデザインを見て、「どれにしようかな？」とワクワク♪ 自分の好きなカラーやスタイルを選んで、指先のおしゃれを楽しみました！

At Tsubame no Sato Group Home, everyone enjoyed our much-anticipated Gel Nail Art Day! With so many colors and designs to choose from, everyone was excited to pick their favorites. It was time to get creative and make their nails beautiful!

ピンクでかわいく、ブルーでさわやかに、キラキラのラメで華やかに！それぞれの個性が光る素敵なネイルが完成しました。「きれい！」「またやりたい！」と笑顔もいっぱい。次回のネイルアートデーが今から楽しみですね！

Cute pink, refreshing blue, or sparkling glitter! 🎨 Everyone created a beautiful design that reflected their own personality. Smiles filled the room as residents admired their nails and said, “So pretty!” and “I want to do this again!” Everyone is already looking forward to the next session! 💕

ネイルアートは、おしゃれを楽しむだけでなく、認知症ケアにもつながる素敵な活動です。自分で色やデザインを選ぶことで、好みや気持ちを表現できます。また、色を見たり、スタッフや仲間と会話を楽しんだりすることも、心地よい刺激になります。一人ひとりの「好き！」を大切にしながら、笑顔と自信につなげていきます。
